The Serpent's Teeth
Summary
The Serpent's Teeth is a group of four islands about 50 miles off the eastern coast of Heluso. This is where the city of Freeport resides. It's on the Northern Passage trade route and is surprisingly warm.
There's a barrier reef surrounding most of the area and a shifting network of sandbars making navigation tricky. Ships coming in usually use the Freeport Pilots' Guild to get through safely.
Generally there's a dry season (fall winter), which is pleasant, and a wet season (spring summer) which is storm-ravaged.
