Captain Tench Prescott

Background

Prescott gained the Privateer's seat on the Captains' Council after Peg-Leg Peligro vacated it. He's a popular buccaneer and has many influential and successful privateering friends. When not attending city business he's down at the Docks swilling rum and swapping lies with his fellow captains.
