Naval Combat Rules - These were designed by Justin Unrau, based on the Aircraft Combat rules in Godlike: Will to Power by Dennis Detwiller and Greg Stolze. Closely related and necessary for the naval combat rules are the Ship Rules, same attribution. They are still a work in progress.
