Background

In the Ovyo Road Work Camp they say Laoyi Dan was once a prisoner. Now he's Unguzi's right hand man. He's in charge of most of the discipline in camp and he stalks the night relentlessly. No one has ever seen him sleep. Sometimes you'd swear he was carved out of stone.
