Captain Jacob Lydon
Background
Captain Lydon is one of the best known members of the Council. He was the Captain of The Gambit for twenty years and sailed everywhere, coming back with bloodcurdling tales. Eventually he wanted to settle down and tried starting a shipping business in Freeport but it failed. Then he turned to politics. He started organizing huge Swagfest parties and became popular with the masses. A few years ago he won a seat on the Council because of it. He's the poorest of the Councillors.
