These characters are the senior crew of the Helusian Spirit, an independent trading vessel trying to survive and thrive in the Ob-Lob dominated seas around the continents of Heluso & Milonda.
Calebain - the powerful Stormtongue on board for meteorological and other assistance
Ndege Greenlimb - an apostate Ironbone who eventually wants to bring down the Theocracy
TC Uki - the dashing thief, liar and medical man
Yowahkim - a creepy guy who knows his way around an herb or two
Olfen Grimwald - a huge Truil tracker who howls at the moon

Karis - the ground troop leader and wilderness guide with a vicious hound named Grell. Both are now dead.
Tank Tursel - the captain of the ship, sometimes economic revolutionary, full-on dick. Now dead.
Sir Rodemus Pike - a swashbuckling smooth-tongued adventurer concerned with honour who ditched the company when they were exiled to the desert.
Zov Kranewood - Smith and clockworker who fled the Theocracy after they took his leg. He disappeared when the Freeport authorities swooped in to repossess the Company.
